Your topology is pretty nice! The only spot that I would fix if I were you if the part close to the middle where that are 5 edges connecting to one point. Maybe add some edge loops and play around and it might get fixed :)
Also, a thing that kind of bothers me is the side panel of the tron, I think it is a bit too low. This is where the rider's thigh is supposed to rest but the way you did it, it looks like it will get in his way when trying to press the breaks. Think if you have time to fix it <3

This looks really nice! Maybe see if you can add some water splashes that follow the shape up further, because when something bursts out of water, you tend to get a lot of water that carries with it, rather than just having splashes around where it emerged. Feel free to disagree though - this is a really great piece as it is

Uving my hammerhead shar :) how does that look?

Make sure the UV map maximises the amount of space that you're given- I made the mistake of making mine too low res, so scale it up a little bit. The shark's looking good though!
